China¡¦s entry into WTO means many things. For the mainland, it is a continuation of the liberalisation and restructuring process which has been under way for more than two decades. It also means China¡¦s full integration into the global economy. For Hong Kong, it means a well-timed economic boost.
Hong Kong people have the management, financial, technical and service skills to meet the needs of foreign companies wanting to do business in the mainland, and to help Chinese companies tap into the international marketplace
