Paul Deneve, President, Nina Ricci (02/11/2004)

“Hong Kong is still the leading fashion capital of the region despite the potential of the mainland. It is still the most important place for fashion with the concentration of wealth and trend. We have plans to open shops in Shanghai but it won’t happen until 2007 or 2008. China, in the long term, is a big market. But the question is how far the long term is.”

Speaking at the Nina Ricci 2005 Spring Summer fashion show in Hong Kong, as reported in The South China Morning Post.
