TDC Chairman Peter Woo spoke to more than 80 business people at a breakfast meeting attended by the European Chambers of Commerce, and hosted by the British Chamber. His message was "Hong Kong-Plus: Your Competitive Partnership" - outlining the advantages of doing business in the Pearl River Delta through Hong Kong, using the "Hong Kong-Plus business model". Mr Woo said that he has visited 70-plus cities around the world in his capacity as TDC Chairman, and responses have been "tremendously positive". Hong Kong is at the right place at the right time, explained Mr Woo.
