On a roll in a "work hard, play hard" entrepreneurial city
Philippa Huckle arrived in Hong Kong in 1996 by unconventional means – on a bicycle. This followed her mounting climbing tour of Scotland. Trained in classical economics in Zimbabwe, Ms Huckle is chief executive of the Philippa Huckle Group, which offers financial strategies and solutions to independent investors.  

At home in the comfort zone
Julie King, manager of Town and Country Properties, has been assisting people to buy, lease and set up home in Hong Kong for almost 20 years. After spending several years as a senior negotiator for a multinational real estate company, she joined the family-owned business in 1994. Ms King believes that helping people to find and settle into a home where they are comfortable enhances the work and living experience in Hong Kong.
