Hong Kong fashion guru Joyce Ma, founder of Joyce Boutiques, has been awarded France’s highest civilian distinction, the Legion of Honour. French fashion federation president Didier Grumbach said Ms Ma was an ambassador for European fashion in Asia, reported the South China Morning Post.
