William Pfeiffer is CEO of Celestial Pictures, a pan-Asian media conglomerate which owns the world's largest Chinese film library and Celestial Movies, a global Chinese movie channel. He tells why the world can't get enough of Asian film entertainment - and why Hong Kong, with its long history of film making, provides a front row seat to the action.

Life, career prospects blossom in Hong Kong
David Devine, managing director and founder of boutique fund management house Lynas Capital, first came to Hong Kong in 1992 to visit his sister who had moved to the city. He liked the place so much he returned a few months later to live there himself - and he's never left since.

Dream destination for business and lifestyle
Briton Jon Stonham, CEO and co-founder of Paragon Travel Ltd (the operator of asia-hotels.com), arrived in Hong Kong in 1993 to escape "the rut" of London life. A passionate traveller who had already seen North and South America, Africa and most of Europe, he intended to use Hong Kong as a hopping off point to Asia. Mr Stonham was so impressed, he decided to stay.
