Talisma Corporation, the market leader in enterprise Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, announced the opening of its regional headquarters in Hong Kong.
The new office, Talisma Corporation HK Ltd, will become the company's regional headquarters for the whole of East Asia covering Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, the Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Customers within these markets will be able to purchase Talisma's complete suite of CIM products which includes Knowledgebase, Email, Chat, Phone and VoIP.
